  1. This cookie is used to systematically provide visitors with the same version of an A/B test page.

  • It contains a random string of letters and numbers used to verify the authenticity of the connection.

  • This cookie is used to record the language selected by the visitor when viewing pages in multiple languages.

  • It is defined when a user selects a language via language selector and is used as a language preference to redirect to sites in the chosen language, if applicable.

  • It contains a string indicating the ISO 639 language code and the private domain to which it applies. For example «EN-US:payplug.com».

  • It expires after two years.

  • This cookie is set by Cloudflare, the provider of HubSpot’s content delivery network. This allows it to detect malicious visitors to our website and avoid blocking legitimate users.

  • It can be placed on visitors' devices to identify individual customers using a shared IP address and apply security settings to each customer. It is necessary to support the security features of Cloudflare.

Analytics cookies

These are non-essential cookies managed by the cookie banner. By browsing the PayPlug website, you can refuse these cookies by not giving consent.

 

__hstc

  • This cookie records the number of times the visitor connects to the site, as well as the time of each connection.

  • It contains the domain, the utk, the initial timestamp (first visit), the final timestamp (last visit), the current timestamp (current visit), and the session number (increases with each subsequent session).

  • It expires within 13 months.

 

hubspotutk

  • This cookie keeps a record of a visitor’s identity. It is sent to HubSpot when submitting a form and is used for the data deduplication of contacts.

  • It contains an opaque GUID to represent the current visitor.

  • It expires within 13 months.

 

__hssc

  • This cookie tracks visitor sessions.

  • It contains the domain, the number of views (increases with each session), and the timestamp of the start of the session.

  • It is used to determine whether HubSpot should increase the session number and timestamp data in the __hstc cookie.

  • It expires within 30 minutes.

 

__hssrc

  • When HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has reset their browser.

  • In the absence of this cookie when HubSpot processes cookies, the session is considered new.

  • It contains the value “1” when present.

  • It expires at the end of the session.

 

Functionality cookies

Chatflow cookie
This cookie is used for the chat tool. It allows visitors to chat with a PayPlug employee.

 

messagesUtk

  • This cookie is used to recognize visitors who communicate with PayPlug members via the chat tool. If the visitor leaves the site before being added to the PayPlug database, this cookie will be associated with their browser.

  • If a visitor to the PayPlug site uses the chat tool to chat and returns to the site using the same browser, the chat tool will load their chat history. The cookie is controlled by the parameter “Consent to the collection of cookies of the chat tool”.

  • If this setting is disabled, the cookie is controlled by the parameter “Consent to process data in the chat tool”.

  • HubSpot does not disconnect the Utk message cookie for visitors who have been identified via the Visitor Identification API. The analytics cookie banner is not affected.

  • This cookie is specific to a subdomain and is not transferred to other subdomains. For example, the cookie for www.payplug.com does not apply to the visitor of www.blog.payplug.com, and vice versa.

  • It contains an opaque GUID to represent the current user of the chat.

  • It expires after 13 months.
