Message from Ludovic Houri, CEO Dalenys, to our merchants and partners.

In light of the decisions taken on Monday March 16th by the French authorities to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I would like to assure you our full commitment in guaranteeing the continuity of Dalenys payment services, while maintaining the safety and well-being of our employees in France and abroad.

We have taken and will continue to take all necessary actions so that the measures decided by local governments have no impact on our ability to provide you with a stable and reliable service, to serve your customers.

We are organized for remote working. Our employees have secure remote access to their tools. Our anti-fraud, data, technical and operational teams remain in constant contact and keep a watchful eye on your transactions.

Our business continuity procedures are designed for unexpected situations. Controlled remotely and scalable, our platform is robust and able to manage large traffic variations. Our remote synchronization methods have already been tested many times, so we are confident in our ability to support your activity from a technical and operational point of view during this crisis period.
