Project X Paris

Project X Paris is THE reference for streetwear. The brand was created in 2015 by two brothers who wanted to mix collaborations with artists and urban inspirations. Today, it relies on a network of 1,500 distributors around the world, 20 shops and the website.

Our partnership

Mickaël Austruy, E-commerce & Digital Manager of Project X Paris, was looking for a new payment solution to "increase the transformation rate of the site, reduce fraud and have a mobile funnel". His agency recommended PayPlug, and in July 2019, the module was set up on its shop!

One year later, Mickaël decided to integrate the guaranteed split payment with Oney on the site because "many customers wanted to stagger payments". The installation was done in less than 15 minutes: "the simplicity with which we deployed it with PayPlug was just extraordinary" he says.

As payment is guaranteed, Project X Paris is protected against the risk of fraud and non-payment, which is covered by Oney.

The results? "We've had an exceptional increase in the average basket size: we have gone from €80 to over €200 with this payment facility" Mickaël tells us. Today, the 3x 4x guaranteed payment represents 10% of his turnover. According to Mickaël, this success can be explained by the strength of the Oney label. "This solution is used by major retailers, so it reassures customers".

And that's not all: since 2020, Project X Paris has been using PayPlug payment terminals to accept in-store payments! This decision is in line with the shop's desire to offer a 100% omnichannel experience.
